N Zone Jr. programs are currently running and expanding across West Tampa, and we are actively hiring part time coaches to support our weekday morning classes. This role is perfect for someone who loves working with young children, brings positive energy, and wants to make a real impact through sports.

Sports knowledge is trainable at this age level. What matters most is patience, enthusiasm, and the ability to connect with kids in a fun and encouraging way. Coaches lead simple, movement based activities that build confidence, coordination, and a love for being active.

This is a paid, part time opportunity with consistent scheduling, paid training, and competitive hourly pay. Candidates must be able to pass a Florida childcare standard background check and have reliable transportation to bring basic sports equipment.
