At N Zone Sports, we feel that all kids should get to play the sports they love, and we focus on building sportsmanship and teamwork in a supportive environment.
N Zone's programs will allow your child to strengthen sports fundamentals and develop their skills while also building character and confidence that will help them in future athletic endeavors and throughout their lives.
What makes N Zone's approach different? Our high quality programs focus on the best elements sports have to offer, while eliminating many typical drawbacks. For children, this means that everyone gets to play, requests to play on a team with a friend or sibling are honored whenever possible, and we focus on positive achievements. For parents, this means that your child's sports program will contribute to their life rather than controlling yours: our practice and game schedule is parent-friendly, and you will not be forced to participate in fundraisers or to serve as a mandatory “volunteer.” We also increase your peace of mind by requiring comprehensive background checks for coaches and assistant coaches. We aim to make kids' sports a great experience for the entire family.
N Zone Sports operates youth sports leagues, camps, and programs for children ages 3-14. We hold seasons throughout the year, and offer sports such as flag football, soccer, cheerleading, basketball, and T-ball. Kids start having fun right away -- no drafts or tryouts required! -- and the fun lasts all season. We reduce the stress of the youth sports experience while emphasizing the excitement.

N Zone Junior
Fun & Engaging games for your little champion!
N Zone Jr. is a national, award-winning youth sports program that is committed to introducing and developing a passion of sports for children ages 2-8. Our organized programs offer exciting, fun, age specific instruction and coaching. Whether you choose flag football, soccer, kickball, golf or t-ball, our staff will ensure the ultimate youth experience for all children involved. Our goal is to provide a fun, high-energy and educational environment for children to learn a sport and to develop their skills and passion for the game.
N Zone Jr. is also offered as a non-competitive, intro level program offered in conjunction with N Zone Sports’ organized, weekend sports leagues. These programs allow for parents to be present and even participate with fun, skill-building drills.

N Zone Sports provides a flag football experience beyond all others. Operating in over 50 US cities, N Zone knows exactly what parents and kids are looking for. With more and more information coming out about the dangers and risks of head injuries associated with full contact football, N Zone Sports brand of football combines all of the fun and excitement from traditional football, with a high-flaying, 5-on-5 format. All positions are “skill positions”, creating a fast-pace to the game. With fewer players on the field, players also have a greater chance to enhance their throwing and pass-catching skills as every player is eligible to catch, and what kid doesn't love to score a touchdown?!
Few sports involve use of both hand-eye and foot-eye coordination more than basketball. Played both recreationally and competitively throughout all 50 states, basketball provides a level of fun and teamwork that is fun beyond the game. All of our basketball program levels stress the development of important skills in all aspects of the game, dribbling, passing, proper defense, agility, shooting and more. While other sports provide excellent cardiovascular exercise, none can help a child maintain a healthy lifestyle quite like basketball.
There is a reason soccer is the most widely played sport in the world. N Zone Soccer features 5 on 5 play as children learn fundamentals and techniques they'll need to take their game to the next level. Every player receives ample playing time so that skills can be developed where they're most important, on the field. Each player receives an official N Zone jersey. Whether your star athlete is a goal keeper or a forward, he/she is sure to have a blast playing N Zone Soccer. Be sure to request to play with a friend.
N Zone Sports Cheerleading is a recreational cheerl program for children ages 3 to 12. Previous cheerleading experience is not necessary, but a good attitude and high energy is a must. Learning important cheerleading skills are just one of the many benefits children learn from the program. Along with learning exciting, popular cheers, chants and group work, children learn better coordination, flexibility, cooperation with others and self-esteem. Shyness is very often overcome.
