We are seeking disciplined, responsible, and friendly team members for our upcoming gameday events Saturday May 16th. These roles are vital to the success of our season finale and require individuals who can remain focused in an event environment.

Compensation: $15.00 per hour

Available Shifts

• Shift A: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Shift B: 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Strict Policy: Shifts are non-flexible. There are no partial shifts and substituting coverage is not permitted. Call-ins for on-day events are unacceptable; reliability and punctuality are mandatory.

Primary Responsibilities (Priority #1: Awards)

The most critical task this Saturday is ensuring all players receive the correct awards. Direction and guides will be provided. 

• Zero Error Margin: It is unacceptable for a child to go without the correct award due to a distribution error. You must verify every trophy and medal before it is handed out.
• Coach Plaques: Ensure every Head Coach receives their specific "Thank You" plaque correctly.
• Photo Distribution: Hand out team photos and ensure all photos are picked up by the end of the shift.
• Equipment Collection: Proactively collect coach bags and equipment from coaches as they arrive at the awards area.

Operational Standards & Expectations

• Focus & Initiative: You will be surrounded by hundreds of people. You must have the initiative to stay on task and the ability to disengage from long conversations. Getting "stuck talking" instead of performing duties is a performance failure.
• Physical Requirements: You must have reliable transportation. You must be physically fit to work outdoors in the heat for the duration of your shift.
