We are excited to get back out on the fields! We understand that families may have questions about the upcoming season, so please review the important information below regarding the Meet N’ Greet, games, practices, coaches, schedules, and gear.

What to Expect

The Meet N’ Greet is the first official day of the season. There are no games on this day.

At the Meet N’ Greet, families will:

• Receive their team jersey and shorts (if shorts were purchased)
• Meet their coach and teammates
• Pick up the season opponent schedule
• Participate in a team practice and help choose a team name

Upon arrival, please check in at the N Zone canopy, where an N Zone staff member will direct you to your team’s designated meeting area.

Uniform Information

• Coaches will distribute uniforms at your team’s meeting area.
• Please make sure your player’s jersey fits properly at the Meet N’ Greet.
• The Meet N’ Greet is the ONLY day to address jersey sizing or exchange issues.

Practice During Meet N’ Greet

• Players should arrive dressed for practice.
• Teams will have approximately one hour of practice time on the field.
• Families should expect to be at the Meet N’ Greet for 1–1.5 hours total.

💬When Will I Hear From a Coach?

Families typically hear from their coach:

• 1–2 weeks after registration closes, once official rosters are sent, or
• At the Meet N’ Greet

Coach Note:
Team rosters are anticipated to be released this week.

🗓️ Game Schedule

• Official opponent schedules will be available:
  • At the Meet N’ Greet
  • Online on the day of the Meet N’ Greet, once team numbers are assigned
• Games are typically played on Saturdays

📅 Season Dates

03/28 – Meet N’ Greet & Jersey Distribution
(Only day to address jersey issues)

Game Dates:
04/04, 04/11, 04/18, 04/25, 05/02, 05/09, 05/16

Games may be rescheduled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.

🏃 Practices

N Zone Sports strives to provide practice options that work for families. Teams may choose one of the following:

1. Coach and parents agree on a weekday practice time (most common), or
2. If no weekday agreement can be reached:
   • Coaches will hold a practice 1–2 hours before games on game days

Practice plans are typically discussed when coaches reach out or during the Meet N’ Greet.

• Coaches will receive rosters, guides, and additional information via email.
• At the Meet N’ Greet, coaches will receive:
  • Game bags
  • Practice equipment
  • Jerseys
  • Coach shirts

Additional coach-specific communication will be sent soon.

  • Your player’s jersey number and style

• Visit the N Zone canopy for details

Additional gear will also be available for purchase at the N Zone canopy if needed.
