You all have been incredible this season! To ensure every child goes home with the right award, please use this "cheat sheet" if a staff member is assisting another parent.
1. Who Gets What? (Players Only)
Important: Trophies and medals are for rostered players only. Coaches, assistant coaches, and helpers should not take a trophy, as we have ordered exactly enough for the kids.

2. Coach "Check-Out" Checklist
Before you head out, please help us with these quick steps:
Pick up your Award: Head coaches, we have a Head Coach Appreciation Plaque waiting for you at the canopy with your name on it!
Return Gear: Please drop off your coach bag and cones.
Coaches: Keep the issued soccer or football, return the flags (football).
July 11th Season: If you're joining us again, please initial the "Returning Coaches" sheet.
3. The "Why"
We have teams arriving all day. Giving a trophy to a non-player or the wrong team means a child later in the afternoon might not receive their earned award. If the canopy is unattended, please double-check posted labels and signs.
