Tomorrow we will have mandatory grade‑verification checks for all 6th‑grade players in the 4th–6th Grade Flag Football Division prior to ensure no 7th‑grade players are in the 4th-6th Division. 7th grade players who registered correctly for the upcoming season were informed and refunded accordingly, shorty after registration ended and before league roster balancing approximately 3-4 weeks ago. Any player “playing down” is prohibited and can result in forfeited games, so we need to address this before gameday if there are any. 

Tomorrow’s Procedure:

All Registered 6th‑grade players must check in at the N Zone canopy.

Look for the sign: 6TH GRADE VERIFICATION HERE.

Players must verify grade through ParentVue/ParentSquare before playing.

If a player is actually entering 7th grade, parents may notify us at the canopy or email lascruces@nzonesports.com.

Refunds will not be issued for incorrect grade registration, as stated in the event registration for this specific reason (see attached registration below- Flag Football Event Registration Payment Policy page 2). Incorrect registrations also remove valid roster spots, which will not be filled until after Game 1 if any.

Important:

No roster spots will be filled until next week.

6th Grade Verification will be handled 30– minutes before their scheduled game. 

Any team with a registered 7th‑grade player will have a vacant spot for Game 1.

Roster checks will be conducted for 6th(7th) grade players only.
