STRICT DIVISION PLACEMENT & REGISTRATION POLICIES
Flag Football Eligibility: Flag Football is open ONLY strictly to players who fall within the above 1st-6th Grade Division Dates.
Note: Being held back or advanced forward in a grade DOES NOT change the eligibility which is based on DOB above.
- Strict Placement (No Playing Up or Down): Players must participate exclusively in the division determined by the chart above. Playing up or down a division is strictly prohibited.
- Automatic Forfeits: Any team found fielding an ineligible player or a player participating outside their designated division will receive an immediate, automatic game forfeit.
- Zero Refund & Transfer Policy: Because age requirements and cutoffs are heavily communicated, any registration submitted outside of this chart will be canceled with NO refund, and the player will NOT be transferred to another team or division—even if open roster spots exist.
Mandatory Age Verification Prior to Play: All registrations are subject to verification. Parents must be prepared to provide documentation prior to their player taking the field. Acceptable documentation includes:
- An official Birth Certificate, or
- A ParentVUE document that clearly displays the player's full Date of Birth (documentation showing only current grade level will not be accepted).
Players without valid DOB documentation will not be permitted to participate.
Reporting Violations: To protect league integrity and ensure fair competition, coaches, parents, and officials must immediately report any division placement violations to league administration.
