• Over a hundred years of combined coaching experience.
• Former University athletes ( Baseball, softball, and soccer).
• Staff+ with an elementary education, a psychology degree, and experience working with kids
• Former University coach and Junior National basketball coach.
• 10 years of competitive Travel Baseball managing and coaching. 4 years of Cal Ripken youth baseball coaching and 4 years of All-Stars baseball coaching
• Former Sports Director of the YMCA
• Author of "Changing local sports one player at a time"
• Creator of "When should my child start youth sports?"
• Author of "Bullying in Youth Sports"
• Doctorate in Counseling Psychology and current CEO of the Florida Center for Early Childhood 
• Passionate volunteers who have been N-zone certified and background checked
• Former IMG basketball Coach and owner of NO FEAR Basketball Academy
• Impact certified - Safe Sport certified
