Our programs are structured as flat seasonal or monthly enrollments that reserve your child’s spot on the roster each week. Because space is limited and staffing is scheduled based on enrollment, we are unable to offer refunds or prorated fees for missed sessions due to vacations, illness, or scheduling conflicts.
We understand that unique situations may arise, and we are always willing to review special circumstances on a case-by-case basis. Any approved accommodations are made at the discretion of program management and do not represent a standing policy.
