FLAG FOOTBALL LEAGUE PROGRAM SUMMARY:
• It's a 7-week program. (not including the Meet & Greet)
• Coaches are volunteers and staff members who have experience with football.
• Practice/Games will be played ONLY ON SATURDAYS.
• Practice will be for 20 minutes before the game.
• Games will be 45 minutes game (5-minute halftime).
• All kids play regardless of ability.
• Registration includes a jersey and a pair of black socks.
• Participants will need football cleats and black shorts. 
• 4-7 YEAR OLDS will go through a football academy where they will learn the basic rules of flag football, engage in basic competition drills & scrimmage against each other when ready.

FOOTBALL LEAGUE ITINERARY: 
• 1st Weekend: Meet & Greet where participants will pick up their jerseys and socks.
• Weeks 2-6: Regular season 
• Week 7: Championship weekend (Last Saturday)

SOCCER LEAGUE PROGRAM SUMMARY:

• Practice and games will be played ONLY ON SATURDAYS.
• (For Ages 5-12) Practice will be held 30 minutes before games. 
• (For Ages 5-12) Games will be 45 minutes (5-minute halftime).
• All kids play regardless of ability.
• Registration includes a jersey and a pair of black socks.
• Participants will need shin guards, soccer cleats, and black shorts.
• 3 & 4 YEAR OLDS will go through a Junior Soccer Program where they will go over basic drills and scrimmage when they're ready.
