We are looking for coaches who enjoy working with kids and want to help young athletes build confidence, teamwork, sportsmanship, and football skills in a fun and positive environment.

What You’ll Do

• Lead flag football clinics, practices, and games
• Teach age-appropriate football skills and fundamentals
• Keep players engaged, active, and motivated
• Create a fun, positive, and safe environment
• Help players develop teamwork, confidence, and sportsmanship

We’re Looking For

• Experience playing/coaching football
• Enjoy working with children ages 3–13
• Positive, energetic, and dependable personality
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Must pass required background screening
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus

Pay

$20–$30/hour, depending on program and coaching experience.

Puget Sound Area (in and around 20 miles of Bothell, WA)
Flexible part-time opportunities available.
