🏈FLAG FOOTBALL PROGRAM SUMMARY:
• It's a 7-week program. (NOT including the Meet & Greet)
• Coaches are volunteers and staff members. 
• Practice/Games will be played on Saturday only.
• Practice will be before each game.
• Each game will be 45 minutes long.
• All kids play regardless of ability.
• Registration includes a jersey & socks.
• Participants will need cleats & black shorts. 
• If we do not have enough kids in any age group, the kids will engage in competition drills and scrimmage weekly.

• Week 1: Meet & Greet, where participants pick up their jerseys and socks.
• Weeks 2-7: Regular season
• Week 8: Championship weekend (Last Saturday)

• Age Group (5-7): Anytime between 9am-11am
• Age Group (8-11): Anytime between 10am-1pm
 (the official schedule will be sent to all participants before the start of the season)

⚽SOCCER PROGRAM SUMMARY:
• It's a 7-week program. (not including the Meet & Greet)
• Coaches are volunteers and staff members who have experience with soccer.
• Practice and games will be played ONLY ON SATURDAYS.
• (For Ages 5-12) Practice will be held 30 minutes before games. 
• (For Ages 5-12) Games will be 45 minutes (5-minute halftime).
• All kids play regardless of ability.
• Registration includes a jersey and a pair of black socks.
• Participants will need shin guards, soccer cleats, and black shorts.
• 3 & 4 YEAR OLDS will go through a Junior Soccer Program where they will go over basic drills and scrimmage when ready.
