N Zone Sports Delaware

Carl Zitofsky – President, N Zone Sports Delaware

Carl Zitofsky is a dedicated entrepreneur and community leader, best known as the driving force behind N Zone Sports Delaware. Through his work with N Zone Sports, Carl focuses on creating meaningful youth sports experiences that build confidence, promote teamwork, and foster a lifelong love of physical activity. He believes sports are not just about winning — they’re about character, growth, and giving every child a chance to be part of something positive.

Under Carl’s direction, N Zone Sports Delaware has become a trusted and celebrated program for families, offering inclusive, skill-building sports opportunities for kids of all ages. Parents appreciate the organization’s focus on encouragement over pressure, personal development over performance, and community over competition.

In addition to his work in youth athletics, Carl owns Bright Home Delaware, a house-detailing company known for professionalism and high-quality service, specializing in Trimlight permanent lighting and seasonal holiday lighting. But while Bright Home Delaware reflects Carl’s business reliability and customer-focused mindset, N Zone Sports represents his heart — his commitment to empowering children, uniting families, and strengthening the Delaware community through sports.

Carl’s leadership style is grounded in integrity, service, and genuine care for the people he serves. Whether he’s on the field supporting young athletes or behind the scenes ensuring smooth operations, his purpose remains the same: to make a meaningful, lasting difference in the lives around him.

On a personal note, I’m a proud Middletown resident, where I live with my wife, Maggie, and our three amazing kids — Jess, Louie, and Frankie. They’re my greatest source of inspiration, and the reason I care so deeply about building a better, stronger, more connected community for all families.

At the end of the day, my mission is simple:
to help create a community where families thrive, children feel supported, and people feel connected — one home, one family, one child at a time.

Thank you for letting me be part of your lives, and for being part of mine.

Jeff Martino – Program Director, N Zone Sports Delaware

As Program Director for N Zone Sports Delaware, Jeff Martino is passionate about creating fun, safe, and character-building experiences for young athletes. He believes every child deserves the chance to grow and be introduced to the fundamentals of many different sports — learning teamwork, confidence, and sportsmanship along the way.

A proud resident of Middletown, Jeff lives with his wife, Abbie, and their two boys, where sports are a family tradition and a way of life. He brings more than 20 years of coaching and volunteer experience, as well as a background as the co-founder of Tri-State CheerNastics, which offered cheer and tumbling programs for ages 3–18.

Jeff’s philosophy is simple — sports are about more than wins and losses. They’re about building character, forming friendships, and giving back. His commitment to “paying it forward” drives his work at N Zone, where he continues to create opportunities for children to discover their passion for sports through engaging, developmental activities.

Gwyn Kelsey Holm - Assistant Sports Program Coach, N Zone Sports Delaware

Gwyn Holm is an experienced educator and a great believer in the values that youth sports can teach. Her favorite moments working with kids are when a light bulb goes off, and a new skill is learned, with all the joy and pride that comes with it.

Gwyn is a Philadelphia native and moved to Newark, Delaware, in 2023. She has been teaching children from five months to eighteen years since graduating from West Chester University, both in and out of the classroom. Gwyn has a decade-long career in the marching arts as a color guard member, having spun with West Chester University’s Incomparable Golden Rams Marching Band and the independent group Field of View.

Gwyn believes that the discipline, perseverance, and teamwork taught by youth sports can shape a child’s life forever, and that all kids deserve the opportunity to participate in sports. The educational value of sports for the mind and body is paramount, and Gwyn works to foster that confidence in every child they have the chance to work with.
