Shelley Scarborough Photography will be capturing our team and individual portraits this season. She did a great job with our basketball teams this winter and we are excited to have her back.

Photo times may be different than your regular start time on the season game schedule. Some photos will occur before practice times, some during practice times, and some after games. 

Please check the photo schedule below for your picture time and arrive at the field in time for pictures Sunday.

📍 Location & Attire

• Where: Pilot Butte Middle School, Baseball Field
• Arrival: Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to help us stay on schedule.
• Uniform Check: Please arrive in full uniform with:
  • Jerseys tucked in neatly.
  • Short strings tucked in and shoes tied.
  • Faces clean and hair tidy (pinned back if necessary).

📸 The Process

To ensure we capture the best smiles and keep the sessions running smoothly, we ask that parents remain outside the photo area while players and coaches are with the photographer. We will begin with individual portraits, followed by a traditional team photo.

👯 Siblings & Coaches

• Siblings: If you have multiple children in the league, we’d love to capture them together! Please have all your players attend one of their scheduled photo times to take a joint portrait.
• Coaches: We will be taking photos of coaches with their children—don't miss out on these priceless memories!

📩 Ordering & Schedule

• View Before You Buy: There is no upfront payment required. You will have the opportunity to view your images before deciding on a purchase.
• Delivery: Galleries will be ready within two weeks.
