MEET & GREET:

The Meet & Greet is organized by team number and arrival times are noted below. Click the link below to find your child's team number assignment.

It is important to arrive at your child's meet time listed below. If you are not able to make it to the Meet & Greet for some reason, your coach will have your child's jersey/cheer uniform. You can pick up your uniform at practice the following week from your coach and jump right in.

The Meet & Greet will be held on Sunday, 9/13 in the gym at Pilot Butte MS (1501 NE Neff Rd, Bend, OR 97701).

NOTE: The meet & greet schedule is not the same as the season schedule. Click the link below to view the season schedule:

IMPORTANT DETAILS:

You do not need to know who your coach is before the Meet & Greet and there are no games on this day.

When you arrive at the meet & greet, you can head straight into the gym where you will find a cone with your team number. You don't need to check in at the main table (unless you have questions, we are there to help!). You can simply go to your cone and meet your coach and team.

  • Meet the coach and team
  • Receive game jersey
  • Choose a team name
  • Receive the season schedule if you don't already have it (LINKED ABOVE)

GAME SCHEDULE:

  • Please note - The meet & greet schedule is not the same as the season schedule. Season schedules are linked in the post above. Please review the season schedule carefully (do not assume you always start at the same time each week) you might not start at the same time or on the same field from week to week!
  • The last week on the game schedule is TBD, as teams will be seeded to play based on the season win loss record. All teams will play the final week, regardless of record.
