Returning to Programming

N Zone Sports of America is doing our part as organizations across the country have begun re-opening. There is no higher priority we have than ensuring the health and safety of our participants. We have enacted policies to ensure that our coaches are now incorporating measures and taking actions that will allow us to continue to offer our exciting programs while maintaining safety standards and mitigating the risks associated with the spread of the virus. It is our promise to you that we will return to play responsibly.

We have spent the past few months restructuring and modifying our processes, from distancing measures to safely disinfecting materials used during our programs. Additionally, all of our coaches are now required to take a Health and Safety course, emphasizing processes and procedures specifically regarding Covid-19.

These are a few of the changes that we have made

  • Sanitization of all equipment during and after sessions
  • Use of hand santizers before, during and after sessions
  • Avoid high-fives, fist bumps and unnecessary physical contact
  • Wear a face covering in states/provinces and/or local jurisdictions that require or recommend doing so
  • Use rings, spots or orange cones to keep children spread out when possible
  • Coaches and staff will be the only one to clean up and put away equipment, like cones, balls and goals
  • Remind children about the importance of keeping safe distances during practices and games
  • Discontinued use of pinnies

N Zone Sports coaches will be required to clean and sanitize all equipment before and after each session. Body temperatures of participants will also be noted prior to each session. Additionally, group sizes will be reduced, when possible, to provide for distancing of participants and spectators.

For N Zone Sports leagues, we ask that family members/observers help our efforts by following the following procedures to ensure and maximized the health and safety of everyone.

  • Do not attend and programs if you or your children are sick
  • Practice social distancing by remaining at least 6 feet from those that do not live in our household
  • If attending a pre-school program, please limit visits to one family member per participant
  • If attending league or camp events, please limit spectators to 2 or 3 family members
  • Follow your local/State/Federal laws regarding proper face coverings

N Zone Sports of America will continue to adhere to notices and suggestions set forth by the CDC, including local and state authorities. Our processes and procedures may change due to new information, requirements and standards set forth by authorities. We will continue to provide timely updates and correspondents with our valued customers.

Thank you for your understanding as we work to best accommodate your child, while providing the safest environment possible for them to have fun learning and playing a sport they love. Your trust in us is ever appreciated. I am confident that the N Zone Sports Nation will get through this chapter together.

Sincerely,
Tony Westbrock
