Get ready for an exciting Fall season of flag football fun with N Zone Sports!
Join us for our Fall 2026 Youth Flag Football League & Skills Academy, designed for boys and girls of all experience levels. Whether your athlete is brand new to flag football or already loves the game, our program focuses on skill development, teamwork, confidence-building, organized gameplay, and having fun in a safe and supportive environment.
At N Zone Sports, we believe youth sports should be structured, encouraging, competitive, and enjoyable for every player on the field.

Meet & Greet / Big Practice Day
Sunday, October 11, 2026

⚠️ October 11 is a FREE preseason event and does NOT count toward the official 8-week season.
This special opening day will include:
✅ Player evaluations
✅ Skills and drills
✅ Team formation
✅ Meet & greet with coaches and families
✅ League organization and balancing
Our goal is to create fair and balanced teams before official gameplay begins.

All practices and games take place at the same location every Sunday.

All teams compete within the N Zone Sports league only.

Help young athletes improve, stay active, build confidence, and create lasting memories every Sunday.

⏱️ Sunday Format – 90 Minutes of Football Action
Each player participates in a full 90-minute session every Sunday.


First 45 Minutes
Players work through:
Passing drills
Catching fundamentals
Route running
Flag pulling
Defensive positioning
Warm-ups and team activities
Football skill development


Final 45 Minutes
Players participate in a real organized game against another N Zone league team or academy matchup.
Each week brings new matchups and gameplay opportunities to keep the season exciting, competitive, and fun.

🏈 Fall 2026 League Formation & Age Divisions
We are forming divisions based on final registration numbers and age balance.

🏈 Ages 8 & Under

🏈 Ages 9–11

🏈 Ages 12 & Up

⚠️ Divisions may be adjusted or combined depending on registration totals to help ensure balanced gameplay and a great experience for all players.
All experience levels are welcome.
Players are placed based on age and overall league balance.

🥇 Required Equipment
Players must bring the following each Sunday:
✅ Football or soccer cleats
❌ No metal spikes
✅ Mouthguard (MANDATORY)
✅ Plenty of water
✅ Personal football
(Any youth size or color preferred by the player)
✅ Optional football gloves

👕 What’s Included With Registration
Every registered player receives:
✅ Official N Zone jersey
✅ Official N Zone shorts
✅ Flag football belt and flags
✅ 8 weeks of organized football development and gameplay
✅ Equal playing time
✅ End-of-season trophy or medal

⚠️ Important League Policies

Jersey number requests are not accepted.
Friend and coach requests are not guaranteed.
Optional weekday or Saturday practices may be offered depending on volunteer coach availability.
All teams compete within the N Zone Sports league only.
Please arrive 15 minutes early each Sunday.
Consistent attendance is strongly encouraged for team balance and league organization.
