Youth Flag Football League Divisions and Gameplay

Our youth flag football league is divided into different age divisions, including a middle school division, to ensure fair and competitive gameplay. The field dimensions are perfect for thrilling matches, measuring 60 yards by 25 yards with 7-yard end zones. Offensive teams start from their own 5-yard line and have three tries to advance past midfield. Each game will last for 9 weeks, with matches scheduled on Mondays and Saturdays.
