N Zone flag football is open to all boys and girls ages 3-14.

If your child is age 3 or 4,
they will be a part of the N Zone Jr. program. This program will not be a league. Instead, it will be more of an instructional program, which offers exciting, fun, age specific instruction and coaching. Our staff will ensure the ultimate youth experience for all children involved. Our goal is to provide a fun, high-energy and educational environment for children to learn a sport and to develop their skills and passion for the game.

In the Flag Football League, ages 5-14 will be split up into teams of kids within their age range. Each age group will have 30 minutes of practice and a scheduled game on Saturdays. Coaches will work with the kids on building their fundamentals each week. Season play will begin this Fall on September 19th. All practices and games are conveniently scheduled only on Saturday mornings. All sessions take place in Braintree, MA.
