N Zone Flag Football is open to all boys and girls ages 3-13.  

If your child is age 3 or 4, they will be a part of the N Zone Jr. program. The Jr. program is not set up as a league. Instead, it will be more of an instructional program, which offers exciting, fun, age specific instruction and coaching. Our staff will ensure the ultimate youth experience for all children involved. Our goal is to provide a fun, high-energy and educational environment for children to learn a sport and to develop their skills and passion for the game.  

If your child is between the ages of 5-13, they will be placed on a team and play in a competitive league. Kids are split up based on age groups and skill level. 

All practices and games are conveniently scheduled only on Saturday mornings.

Recommendations

If your child is between the ages 5-13 and is registered for the Flag Football League, here is what parents should get for their child/children before the season opener:

1. Mouthguards. This is highly recommended. (Can be purchased at any sporting goods store, Walmart/Target, or Amazon.com)

2. Cleats (non-metal) are recommended but not required. Normal sneakers can be worn to play.

For parents with children in the age 3 & 4 instructional Flag Football program, we recommend getting a pee wee or mini sized football to practice with both at home and on Saturday mornings with us. This can be purchased from Walmart, Target, Amazon or any sporting goods store. We also have our own footballs available to use at the field.
