1) This is a recreational league. We focus on skill development, equal playing time, fun, sportsmanship, teamwork and effort.
2) This league is reliant on volunteer coaches. Please consider volunteering (yourself or your spouse) to coach your child's team or let us know if you know anyone who might be interested in coaching!
3) All players will play, regardless of ability.
4) Our volunteer coaches will be instructed to give equal playing time to all players.
5) We do our best to balance teams to have player talent evenly spread amongst all the teams. There are no elite/all-star teams or elite team divisions.
6) 3-4 year olds (Juniors) will be placed on teams but will not play scheduled games. The program details for this age group are outlined below.

Registration includes: An N Zone Sports jersey, an N Zone Character Value Award (earned in-season), and either an end-of-season medal or a 1st place trophy.

N Zone Sports also provides: Game balls, practice cones, trained referees, a dedicated league manager, and a fun & safe environment.

Parents must provide: Appropriate attire and shoes (non-marking). Shorts or leggings without pockets are recommended.

Ball Sizes:
• Ages 5-6: Size 4
• Ages 7-9: Size 5

Cancellations: We do our best to always maintain scheduled dates. Please note that dates may change based on facility/field status, extreme weather, or other unforeseen circumstances that are beyond our control. In the event of an unscheduled date change, registered participants will be notified via email. Please review our cancellation policy before completing your registration.

LEAGUE DETAILS

- Our season will begin on 7/25/2026 with our "Meet & Greet" event (this is where you meet your coach/team).

- Practices and games will be played back-to-back on Saturdays only. Practice start times and the league game schedule will be communicated via email prior to the Meet & Greet.

- The Meet & Greet schedule for arrivals will be emailed to registered participants at least 2 weeks before the Meet & Greet.

- Practices are typically held for approximately 15-20 minutes prior to each game (except for the 3-4 year old junior division, see below) and at the Meet & Greet. You should expect to be at the court for about 1 hour each session.

*Juniors (3-4 year-old age group): The program for this age group is primarily instructional and an introduction to the game. No formal games will be played in this age group. Primarily, we will do some fun drills and activities to introduce concepts of the sport, get the kids moving, and do some “game-like” drills. Sessions will run for about 45 minutes for this age group with short breaks. Parents should plan on participating with their child in this age group.

Please consider coaching your child’s team. It will be one of the most rewarding experiences you will have, and your child will love to have you as “coach”! We find that the kids respond better to having one of their parents coach the team.

Age divisions: We typically do not allow players to play up or down an age division. Based on past experience, nearly all players have the best experience playing within their determined age division. You may request for your child to play in a different age division. However, requests are not guaranteed and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Based on past leagues, we expect our age divisions to be grouped as noted below. We do not group by grade, teams are determined by age groupings. Expected age groupings are:

Age 3-4 (Juniors)
Ages 5-6 (Freshmen)
Ages 7-9 (Junior Varsity)

Age divisions are subject to change based on final registration numbers and may differ from those noted above.
