Student Transition and Dismissal Process
The transition will be incorporated into the school’s dismissal process. A final roster of participating students will be provided to the school. During dismissal, N Zone students will report to the cafeteria, where a background-checked staff member will meet them and provide a light snack. Once the school’s car rider process is complete, the students and staff will transition to the gym together as a group.

Similar to the school’s regular car rider process, each N Zone student will also be assigned a car rider number for dismissal from the program. Only authorized guardians will be able to pick up the student.

Late Pick-Up Policy
Parents/guardians are expected to pick up their child promptly at the scheduled dismissal time 5:15. A one-time warning will be issued for the first late pick-up. Any additional late pick-ups may result in the child's removal from the after-school program.

Behavior Policy
Our goal is to provide a safe, positive, and respectful environment for all participants. Students are expected to follow instructions, treat coaches and fellow participants with respect, and demonstrate appropriate behavior at all times. A one-time warning will be given for inappropriate behavior. Continued misconduct or any behavior that jeopardizes the safety or well-being of others may result in removal from the program. No refunds will be provided if student is removed from the program.

Payment Policy
Your monthly tuition of $65 will be automatically withdrawn on Feb 19, 2027 and March 19, 2027. To ensure your child's continued participation in the program, payments must remain current. If a payment is not received, your child may be unable to participate until the account is brought current.
