Ready to play some football?
The N ZONE Flag Football Skills & Scrimmage Series is a 4-week program designed to introduce players to flag football while helping developing athletes improve their skills in a fun, low-pressure environment.
Rather than committing families to a full league season, this short-format program focuses on learning, repetitions and PLAYING.
Each week, athletes will work on football fundamentals including:
- Passing and catching
- Routes and receiving
- Ball handling
- Footwork and agility
- Flag pulling and defensive fundamentals
- Basic offensive and defensive concepts
- Teamwork and sportsmanship
Sessions will progress from skill development into small-sided games and scrimmages, giving players an opportunity to immediately use what they learn.
Ages: 6–12
Dates: October 24, October 31, November 7 & November 14
Time: Saturday afternoons between 3:30–6:00 PM
Final session times and age groups will be determined based on enrollment.
