N Zone Sports’ Flag Football program is an exciting, fast-paced, non-contact sport designed for children ages 2-16. Our program provides a comprehensive football experience where every child will learn essential skills like passing, catching, flag-pulling, and both offense and defense. Plus, every player gets valuable playing time to develop their skills on the field.
Youth Flag Football Program Highlights:
• Open to boys and girls ages 5-14.
• All experience levels welcome!
• Age brackets: Typically divided into 5-7, 8-10, and 11-15, based on participation at the close of registration.
• Placement: Players will be assigned to age brackets according to their age.
We're excited to introduce flag football in a unique way! Our professional coaches will work closely with your young athletes to teach the fundamentals of the game through skills, drills, and fun activities. This academy-style flag football program combines practice and games all in one day, ensuring a comprehensive experience.
Youth Flag Football Academy Program Details:
• Duration: 40 minutes of participation every Sunday for 8 consecutive weeks.
• Start Date: Mar 22nd- Meet & Greet practice (no game).
• Make-Up Day: TBA (for weather-related cancellations).
Practice Information:
• Practices are held on the same day as the game, usually about 30 min to an hour before. Missing an practice will not exclude you from play.This is on a voluntary basis only with the volunteer coach's availability.
• Flexibility is key, as practice days will be scheduled after the Meet & Greet and team formation.
Join us for an exciting season of learning and fun in flag football!
Registration includes an official N Zone jersey. Flag football belt with flags are community use, and there is a value award for every player. Plus, there are trophies for the Champions!

• Mouth guards (sold at snack stand)

By registering, you agree to the following terms:
• Practices: Practices are not pre-scheduled, and we do not issue refunds or allow team switches due to scheduling conflicts.
• Game Day Schedule: Game Day schedules will be released at the Meet & Greet.
• Special Requests: Special requests and coach requests are not guaranteed.
• Coach Requests: You may email any coach requests in advance to check for availability.
