Summer 26 Flag Football Train & Play
N Zone flag football train & play is a two week program features speed and agility drills & scrimmage flag football games taking place on Saturday mornings with Coach Ko and volunteer coaches. Every child receives plenty of playing time. No tryouts are required to participate. Games are played in Rock Hill, SC.
The first part will include speed and agility drills working: (coordination, quickness, balance, agility, power, speed) with different point of emphasis each week. After a short break, the second half consists of a scrimmage flag football game designed to develop: (passing, running, catching, formations, angles, and flag-grabbing techniques) for each player.
Due to the structure of the program, space is limited, as opposed to our regular Spring or Fall season. There is only room for a very limited amount of players.
The summer train & play is recommended for beginner, intermediate, and advanced players.
** The program emphasizes skills and drills need for ANY upcoming youth football season**
Our season includes 2 weeks of Saturday speed and agility drills & scrimmage flag football games.
